PpFront Desk Supervisor (Engelberg Branch) is required for Swiss Hotel Apartments, Switzerland. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDaily Plan and oversee and execute Day to Day Operation for the Front Desk including hotel standard procedures, check-in/out, housekeeping, supplies, cleanliness, guest satisfaction. /liliPromote a culture of excellence in guest care through a warm welcome and a desire to exceed expectations. /liliWork alongside all other departments to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations. /liliConduct regular operations meeting with all branch members to discuss routine operational matters, departmental performance targets and guest feedback. /liliBe responsible for all the day-to-day queries, complaints or problems that arise in the branch. /liliMonitor the branch functions book and familiarize yourself with all updates amendments. /liliLiaise daily with the GM and Direct Manager to forecast the hotel business on a weekly basis and plan accordingly. /liliMaximize financial opportunities and achieve pro‑active up‑selling environment throughout the property. /liliCarry out Duty Management shifts as required. /liliConduct regular fire walks and Health Safety audits. /liliPromote a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings. /liliCarry out regular inspections of all departments in the areas of guest service delivery, cleanliness, presentation, service delivery, employee presentation and grooming. /liliEnsure that reasonable care is taken for the Health and Safety of yourself, other employees, guests and any other persons on the premises. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Hotel Management or Similar is required. /liliGerman Speaking is a must. /liliReside in Switzerland is a must. /liliAt least two years of experience in similar job role. /liliSwitzerland Hospitality Industry Experience is preferred. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /liliMust have valid driver's license. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
