In doing so, you will not only lead an engaged team of 20 employees but also actively contribute your technical expertise. You have overall responsibility for software development – in technical, safety-related aspects, as well as in terms of personnel development of your team X - and quality assurance engineers. You make architectural decisions, define technology stacks, and ensure clear development guidelines. You collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, system engineers, and business management, thus contributing to the successful implementation of our projects. Adherence to deadlines and budget compliance are in your hands. You promote an agile development culture and bring new impulses. Profile: A completed degree in engineering (EPFL, Uni, ETH) or a comparable qualification. 5-8 years of leadership experience in software development, ideally in a dynamic environment. Solid knowledge of Java, Oracle, Maven, IntelliJ, Git, and modern software architectures, cloud technologies, and enthusiasm for occasional visits to Zurich and St. Gallen.
