**Finance Business Partner Team Lead Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner Team Lead to join our organization in the DACH region. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to lead cross-country teams within our Front Office and drive impactful business partnering activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-country teams within the DACH Front Office, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, and Travel Expense operations.
* Foster a strong business partnering culture by building effective relationships, communicating process updates, delivering training, and resolving issues.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax regulations, local GAAP, and e-invoicing mandates.
* Drive internal customer satisfaction by delivering services aligned with service levels and expectations.
* Collaborate with Finance Shared Services Center teams for seamless process execution.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in finance, with team leadership preferred.
* Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is advantageous.
* Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Management.
* Familiarity with IFRS and local accounting standards.
* Proven project leadership and continuous improvement skills.
* Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
