Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a Salesforce Technical Lead in our Geneva, CH location.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Design and present complex, multi-Cloud Salesforce architecture and integration capabilities
* Lead consultative engagements with client on the technical challenges related to their digital transformation initiatives
* Lead development teams and advise on technical guidance and best practices
* Identifying technical issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve
* Design and lead implementation of release management / DevOps processes
* Design solutions in full compliance with non-functional requirements (e.g. security, data confidentiality, performance, integration)
Qualifications
* 5+ years IT experience focused on Salesforce
* 4+ years of Salesforce technical delivery and development
* Holds multiple Salesforce certifications, with a minimum Application or System Architect levels
* Experience with enterprise integration platforms like Mulesoft is an advantage
* Consultant certifications in one or more Salesforce Cloud are a plus
* Proven track record of design and delivery of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce projects, in the role of technical lead for 2+ years
* Client facing experience, at enterprise / platform architects / CIO levels
