OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE (at 100% basis)
This role is a match for a person that has the seniority and the mental capacity to manage the business operations of a versatile tech-startup. A highly structured, analytical but at the same time hands-on mind set are the key markers of the operations associate to develop to our future operations director. Your core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Handle business operations such as: handling zendesk tickets and service phone hotline; processing bookings; documentation; creative problem solving (there are many such situations!); calling locals to ensure they are ready to host experience; calling travelers to check on their satisfaction; calling locals to reactivate them or inform them about news;
* Analyze the current operations setup and develop a roadmap for further implementations of improvements (e.g. adding more AI tools).
* Take immediate actions by implementing adequate procedures and tools in the organization (eg. process and change management).
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Plan & prepare the scale-up of operations.
* Ensure LocalBini delivers on its quality promise.
ABOUT YOU
* Sufficient strong work experience in the above described responsibilities.
* Strong analytical competences.
* Being able to execute (“just-do-it”).
* Proficient skills in English and German.
WE OFFER
An exciting position in a dynamic international team. This role starts off in St Gallen in October 2025 OR February 2026.
