Accountant

We operate in a highly growing market and the structure provides an overview of finance, technology, and analytics.AccountantThe accountant will play a key role within the team, working with senior management and reporting directly to the CFO.ResponsibilitiesAccounting and finance- Financial and management accounting for a growing entity- Preparation of regular financial and cash flow reports for management- Budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting- Bank reconciliation and ongoing cash flow monitoring- Processing and payment of supplier invoices, including cost control- Preparation of quarterly and annual financial tax returns, and accounting for a group structure- Liaison and coordination with external auditors- Management of client invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments- Maintenance and monitoring of analytical accounting dimensions- Payroll including monitoring and payment of social security contributions- Ensuring compliance with federal and cantonal financial and legal requirements through adherence to existing and new regulations- Development, enhancement, and monitoring of internal accounting policies and proceduresRequired skills- Holder of a CFC in accounting, Swiss accounting diploma or bachelor s degree in accounting and finance- Minimum 5 years of work experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping- Fluent in French and English- Experience with MS Office (excellent knowledge of Excel and Navision)- Discretion, attention to detail, accuracy and accustomed to strict deadlines- Ability to work both in a team and with minimal supervision- Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skillsStart- As soon as possible jidceaaf4faen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
