The name Sécheron Hasler Group is synonymous worldwide with Swiss quality and represents a leading reference for state-of-the-art products supplied to the market. /ppWith more than 1300 employees worldwide, we are where our customers are, supplying approved products in our customers' countries or markets and providing supply chain and customer services locally. /ppFor the biggest Business Unit Electrical Safety Solutions (ESS) we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Product Marketing Manager leading all activities related to drive the business unit’s marketing strategy for the promotion of the Business Unit products to support boosting sales.brstrongGlobal objectives: /strong /pul liDefine the business unit's marketing strategy and corresponding action plans, in close cooperation with the product line managers, sales team, business development manager and in line with the business unit's growth strategy. /li liDevelop and manage all promotional material to support the sales and business development activities on new and existing products. /li liWork with the Sécheron Hasler Group Marketing Team for trade shows/fairs and manage the required preparation and coordination with the respective Business Unit teams. /li liSupport the product line managers and the sales team in developing the product economics. /li /ul pstrongKey responsibilities: /strong /pul liDevelop and implement a marketing strategy focused on growth in strong collaboration with the business development manager, product line managers and the sales organization. /li liDefine in close collaboration with the business development manager and product line managers the product market introduction-/product launch plans and drive the implementation supporting the worldwide sales network. /li liDevelop all the promotional material to support the sales activities, including commercial brochures, PowerPoint presentations, promotional videos animations for products and applications, e-learning modules to train the sales network on new products and activities. Create content for website and social media. /li liPrepare and provide comparative competitor product analysis to support product line managers and sales team in promoting on new and existing products. /li liEstablish e-learning modules in cooperation with product managers to reinforce product knowledge of worldwide sales team. /li liMaintain product documentation for intranet and corporate purposes. /li liDefine within the business unit together with sales annual needs for trade shows/fairs and manage preparation of them within the business unit and align with the Sécheron Hasler Group Marketing Team. /li liPrepare and manage marketing budget of the business unit. /li liContribute to the preparation of the yearly strategy review meetings. /li /ul pstrongRequirements /strong /pul liTechnical degree in electrical engineering or in power electronics. /li liFurther education in industrial product marketing. /li liAt least 10 years international experience in sales and product marketing in industrial B2B environment. /li liSuccessful track record in product marketing, thereby driving key people across the organization. /li liProven working experience as a successful product marketing manager. /li liGood knowledge of at least one of the following industry sectors: high voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission distribution, renewable energy and e-mobility. /li liInterest and ability to understand DC and AC power systems and corresponding product needs. /li liExcellent project management, organizational and problem-solving skills. /li liOutstanding communication, presentation and communication skills. /li liAbility to develop convincing communication strategies based on technical rationale. /li liProven ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems. /li liExperienced to work under pressure and meet deadlines. /li liFluency in English is mandatory, French and German desirable. /li /ulpstrongBenefits /strong /ppWe have flat hierarchies and direct communication between departments and management levels is encouraged.
