Your main tasks
* Own, develop and execute integrated multi‑channel marketing campaigns with clear messaging from concept to implementation.
* Drive and coordinate the development of high‑quality content such as case studies, presentations, videos and sales enablement materials in collaboration with the Media Center.
* Strengthen sales enablement by developing impactful assets such as presentations, battle cards and use case summaries that support customer engagement and conversion.
* Advance product marketing initiatives by developing engaging content formats while ensuring alignment with broader marketing activities.
* Collaborate closely with Business Development, Product Categories, subject‑matter experts and the Media Center.
* Ensure timely and reliable delivery of marketing campaigns and content.
* Willingness to travel occasionally (typically 2–4 times per year).
Your profile
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, including campaign and product marketing, with a strong understanding of multi‑channel marketing and content strategies.
* Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
* Proactive self‑starter with strong problem‑solving skills, combining a hands‑on approach with conceptual depth and creative thinking.
* Experience in MedTech or a technical industry is preferred.
* Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Strong organizational, project management, communication and collaboration skills.
* Fluent in English (C1); German is a plus.
