Job Description
Roles & responsibilities:
* Data processing / quality gaps
* Data entry points analysis / standardization
* Data normalization: Conduct a thorough assessment of the existing data. Identify and eliminate duplicate or irrelevant data.
* Ensure consistency in matter categorization and naming conventions.
* Develop and implement data quality checks and validation processes.
* Alignment of matter management framework with Data Framework
* Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
Impact
* Address data-related issues such as different structures and methodologies of matter categorization and naming conventions.
* Handle complex reconciliation of legal activity versus financial data, such as multiple GL accounts associated with different matter types.
* Improve data quality and reliability, supporting better decision-making and reporting.
Required skills
* Invoice processing data
* Understanding of (vendor) billing workflows
* Data normalization
* Data standardization
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
* High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality
Mandatory Skills: Data Analysis
Experience: 5-8 Years
