Job Overview
Position: Infrastructure Coordinator (m/w/d) in Muttenz, Switzerland.
Purpose of the Role
Responsible for the smooth and safe operation of all infrastructure facilities, organizing maintenance activities, performing maintenance, and serving as the facility contact for energy suppliers.
Responsibilities
* Operative operation of infrastructure facilities, including creation of operating procedures in collaboration with shift teams and energy suppliers.
* Conducting and recording daily inspection rounds.
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance activities between Engineering, Workshop, Production, and external parties.
* Responsibility for HSE, Process Safety, and compliance with technical standards.
* Coordinating and issuing work permits and approvals.
* Continuous vulnerability analysis and process optimization.
* Representation of technical work coordination and support in process risk analyses.
* Independent coordination and monitoring of safety and maintenance controls (SIWAKO), including timely commissioning, follow‑up, and documentation according to legal and operational requirements.
* Training and coaching shift teams in operating infrastructure facilities.
Qualifications
* Professional experience in logistics or chemical‑related sectors (such as an apprenticeship in logistics or a chemical‑related field).
* Valid forklift license.
* Strong commitment to HSE, PPE standards, and workplace hygiene.
* Solid understanding of tactical and strategic continuous improvement (OPEX).
* Fluency in German and preferably also in English.
