Upscale is an interior design studio and platform based in Zurich. We work with private clients and companies to create thoughtful spaces and curated interiors. Our projects range from residential homes to offices for banks, asset managers, consumer companies, agencies and other premium brands. Alongside our design work, we are building the Upscale Collection, a curated selection of furniture and accessories offered through our curated online store.
As Upscale continues to grow, we are looking for someone who enjoys connecting brand, marketing and business development. The role combines marketing, client development and brand building across our three main areas: residential projects, office projects and the Upscale Collection.
Tasks
Your role connects marketing, sales and brand development across Upscale’s three business areas.
Marketing and brand development
develop and coordinate marketing initiatives across digital channels
support PR activities and identify media and partnership opportunities
coordinate newsletters, campaigns and social media together with external partners
improve website and landing pages to strengthen client inquiries
Residential client development
support the acquisition of new residential design clients
guide prospective clients from first contact to project engagement
develop initiatives that bring Upscale to the right audience
maintain relationships with past clients and encourage repeat projects
Business development for office projects
help identify and approach potential corporate clients and partners
support preparation of presentations, proposals and project case studies
assist with networking initiatives and industry collaborations
strengthen Upscale’s visibility in the business community
Upscale Collection
support the development and growth of the Upscale Collection and its launch
