Description
As a SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Senior/Lead Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and deploying SAP SuccessFactors solutions to enhance HR and talent management processes.
This is a full-time, ongoing position as a W2 Employee
Requirements
* Lead client strategy sessions to assess current HR processes and align them with future business goals.
* Guide clients through the SuccessFactors Onboarding implementation, ensuring best practices and seamless adoption.
* Conduct periodic meetings to track project progress and address client needs.
* Maintain in-depth expertise on SuccessFactors configuration, integration points, and industry best practices.
* Support pre-sales efforts by delivering product demonstrations to potential clients.
Qualifications & Experience
Certifications:
* SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification (Associate or Professional) required.
* Additional SAP SuccessFactors certifications are a plus.
Experience:
* 3–4 years of hands‑on SuccessFactors experience.
* Contributed to 7+ SuccessFactors projects overall.
