LATAM - Business Development Executive Digital Transformation, IT Solutions & Services - Argentina

Location: Argentina – Fully remote, global, regional and satellite offices available at your discretion.
Employment type: Full-Time – Sales Professional.
Commission: Yes. Travel requirements: Travel may be required based on business demand or client request.

Position Profile: The Business Development Executive will build a sales pipeline and introduce and sell our product line to customers and prospects. You will cultivate new business opportunities, qualify sales opportunities, determine engagement scope and cost projections, and formulate solutions based on client requirements. You must develop, grow and execute the sales cycle in medium and enterprise organizations, working independently to achieve all sales goals. A business plan and traffic updates are required to track growth, performance and territory strategy.


Duties & Responsibilities

* Prospecting for new business and upgrading existing clients
* Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
* Complete customer requirements analysis
* Identify pain points for all prospects and accounts
* Communicate with technology partners
* Obtain and exceed assigned quota
* Prepare and update business plan
* Proficient understanding and utilization of sales reporting
* Manage your territory
* Follow described fulfillment processes
* Ensure & submit proper, accurate, timely and complete sales and service orders
* Provide product/services demonstrations and presentations online/on premise
* Oversee proper implementation and hand‑off of client from sales to services
* Ensure appropriate level of industry and competitive knowledge
* Effectively respond to opportunities and Request for Proposals/Information (RFQ/P/I)
* Attend and successfully complete training requirements


Required Sales And Technical Knowledge

Cloud, Application Development, Digital Transformation, Telecommunications, Development, Productivity Solutions, Business Intelligence, Digital Identity, Big Data, Data Storage, Data Center, Data Security, Data Center Migration, IT Infrastructure Modernization Network Monitoring & Infrastructure Management, Point of Sale, Scanning & Barcoding, Enterprise Resource Planning, Global Support Services, Mobility and more.


Required Qualifications

* Valid Passport
* Bachelor's degree
* Native and fluent English-speaking languages
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Minimum of five years of experience in Technology Solutions Sales related to at least eight of our solutions and services
* Minimum of five years of experience managing an open territory to drive new sales
* Minimum of five years of experience in senior leadership and C‑Level relationship building
* Understanding of sales skills and techniques
* Complex solution selling
* Ability to achieve high sales volumes
* Minimum of four recent Sales/Technical Certifications
* Business Development / Pre‑Sales (Sales and Technical)
* Ability to perform without direct supervision
* Provide professional, creative and dynamic presence and ability to communicate with people at all levels
* Excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional levels
