Overview
For our orthopaedics business, we are seeking a strong, customer-focused and communicative personality to join us as a Sales Consultant Trauma. The role focuses on supporting orthopaedics and trauma surgeons, OR managers, and operating room staff in hospitals and clinics, coordinating and applying our high-quality, innovative products, identifying new business opportunities, and managing sales projects within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
* Comprehensive sales and product advice in the clinical field of orthopaedics / trauma
* Systematic planning and organization of field service activities
* Build long-term customer relationships with physicians, operating room staff, buyers, and other decision-makers
* Strengthening existing product lines, introducing product innovations
* Organise and deliver further training events (workshops, customer training) for medical professionals
* Achieve general and specific sales targets in terms of market penetration and sales
* Develop and implement sales and action plans in the assigned area in cooperation with the sales manager
* Represent the business unit at congresses
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the medical device sector
* Clear sales-driven mindset with excellent execution skills and professional presence
* High customer-oriented personality and result orientation
* Strong negotiation skills and confidence in closing deals
* Determination, self-motivation and willingness to perform
* Strong communication and persuasion skills
* High flexibility, willingness to travel in your region
* Creativity and openness to change
* Independent, integrity, dynamic, resilient and entrepreneurial personality
* German and English, fluent in business
* Proficient MS Office skills
