Group Finance is dedicated to ensuring robust financial management and reporting, supporting the Group’s strategic objectives through effective financial operations, strong internal controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements. As a member of the Group Finance community, the Senior Finance Manager will join the Accounting, Data Reporting team, reporting to the Head of Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting Solutions. The role will involve close collaboration with all members of the Accounting, Data Reporting team, as well as with other internal teams, to ensure the effective management of financial operations and reporting. /ph3Your role /h3ulliParticipate in finance‑related projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, and implementation of new regulatory requirements. /liliOversee daily financial operations, including data maintenance, reconciliations, and operational controls to ensure accuracy and compliance. /liliContribute to the preparation and delivery of financial, regulatory and management reports, ensuring consistency with both regulatory standards and internal policies. /liliCollaborate closely with all members of the Accounting, Data Reporting team and other internal stakeholders, including Finance, Risk, and IT teams, to gather requirements, resolve issues, and drive process optimisation. /liliSupport internal and external audits by preparing documentation, responding to queries, and implementing recommendations. /liliMaintain the Internal Control System (ICS), to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations. /liliContribute to the development and documentation of finance processes and procedures. /li /ulh3Your profile /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Finance or equivalent. /liliAt least ten years’ experience in the banking industry within a Finance department and/or in external audit. /liliStrong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements in the banking sector. /liliExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. /liliProven experience in managing financial operations, controls, and reporting processes. /liliStrong proactivity, adaptability, autonomy, curiosity, and a can‑do attitude. /liliExcellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and functional stakeholders. /liliFluent in French and English. /liliMust be a resident in Switzerland. /li /ulh3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3pPictet is an equal‑opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
