Position Overview - Manage and analyze the company's portfolio of project and corporate debt/equity. - Oversee all Corporate and SEC reporting requirements related to debt and equity. - Recommend and execute interest rate management and hedging strategies. - Provide financial analysis and support to Capital Markets/Financing leadership. - Build strong relationships with Swiss stakeholders, Finance, and HR to align workplace strategy with headcount growth. - Guide facilities and workplace operations to foster a high-performing environment that reflects company culture. - Ensure compliance across contracts and documentation for the Real Estate portfolio. - Deliver fit-out projects end-to-end, engaging architects, project managers, and contractors while ensuring adherence to corporate standards. Candidate Profile - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Administration, or Architecture. - 5+ years of experience managing commercial real estate interior construction projects. - Proven ability to manage multiple real estate buildouts simultaneously. - Skilled in developing and issuing RFPs, reviewing construction drawings, and negotiating with vendors. - Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. - Fluency in German and English - Strong relationship-building skills, self-directed, and collaborative in fast-paced environments. - Experience coaching and reviewing the work of junior professionals. - Hybrid working model: 40?50% home office possible after initial onboarding.
