We are seeking an Industry Development Manager (O&G Industry) to join our team and make a significant impact in the O&G sector. You will support our sales and marketing teams by leveraging your expertise to drive strategies and expand industry knowledge globally.
What is the role about?

Do you like engaging with diverse cultures and conducting market research? As part of our Strategic Industry Group, you will work closely with the Global Industry Manager to develop regional Industry Networks, promote our offerings, ensure safety standards compliance, and prepare for industry launches.
Which tasks will you perform?
* Support local sales and marketing teams, sales representatives, and customers worldwide with your marketing and industry knowledge.
* Collaborate with the Global Industry Manager to develop regional Industry Networks and coach Local Industry Managers.
* Oversee industry training, coordinate global O&G seminars, and execute marketing campaigns.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in O&G sectors.
* Conduct market research and implement targeted marketing actions.
* Develop marketing collateral to support your initiatives effectively.
What do we expect from you?
* Hold a technical degree in a relevant field.
* Preferably have several years of experience in process automation within the O&G industry.
* Proven experience in marketing or sales.
* Be open-minded with strong cross-cultural collaboration skills.
* Familiarity with O&G standards and regulations.
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally for approximately 8-10 weeks annually.
