Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure products meet quality and regulatory requirements.Create quality control documents, and provide recommendation on quality control tools and methods.Prepare First Article Inspection instructionsAssess nonconforming products, recommend product disposition and support in quality issues resolution etc.Participate in nonconformities and CAPA: investigations, product disposition, improvements, effectiveness monitoring.Lead product and process improvement quality efforts through CAPA and Kaizen methodology.Act as SME for projects e.g. new equipment or new products introduction, product/process improvements.Support internal and external audits preparation with Gemba walks and remediation actions.Support in risk assessment of manufacturing process.YOUR BACKGROUNDBachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experienceExperience in manufacturing, quality or engineering requiredExperience in ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 medical device regulated industryExperience in CNC and surface treatment is a plusExperience in production and quality system MES, SAP, ETQ, Babtec is a plusStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑interpretation skillsFamiliarity with statistical analysis tools and methods (e.g., SPC, capability studies)Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively across teamsHigh attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standardsAbility to follow established procedures and comply with safety and security requirements.Fluent in English and GermanYOU ARE REPORTING TOSupervisor Quality EngineeringOUR OFFERA responsible and varied job in a global company with a strong local presenceProgressive employment conditions with long-term perspectiveA high level of personal responsibility and independent workA safe space for creative thinking and learning at the workplaceBonus system, extra vacation days and many other benefitsFind out more about JABIL Switzerland .We are looking forward to receiving your complete application documents online!
