A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM
The Marketing Department of W Verbier is seeking an experienced Marketing & PR Executive to support the Director of Marketing & Communications in leading the property's institutional marketing initiatives and public relations strategy.
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications, you are responsible for ensuring the consistency, quality, and accuracy of all marketing and PR materials, in strict compliance with W Hotels Brand Standards and the expectations of the luxury segment.
This role requires maturity, precision, autonomy, strong attention to detail, and excellent prioritization skills.
Key responsibilities :
Marketing & Brand Management :
* Manage and update institutional digital platforms (website, CMS, e-compendium, digital screens)
* Oversee content across partner platforms
* Design and produce high-end print and digital communication materials (menus, collaterals, presentations, POS materials, brochures)
* Create and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager
* Ensure strict compliance with W Brand Standards across all internal and external communications
Public Relations :
* Manage and coordinate press trips
* Handle media inquiries
* Draft press releases and institutional content
* Develop and maintain a strong local and international media network
* Host and accompany journalists during their stays
Cross-departmental Coordination :
* Work closely with Sales, F&B, Spa, and Operations teams
* Support concept launches and brand activations
* Organize and coordinate Marriott Bonvoy Moments experiences
* Represent the hotel during key events
* Support photo and video shoots
PROFILE
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing / PR within luxury hospitality, high-end lifestyle, or premium brands
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Exceptional attention to detail and high quality standards
* Strong understanding of luxury brand codes
* Professional maturity, autonomy, diplomacy, and an open, engaging personality
* Proficiency in CMS tools and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Position to be filled in May 2026 for long term contract
