Overview The Billing Assistant manages accurate and timely invoicing, resolves billing discrepancies, and supports accounts receivable while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Responsibilities Prepare, review, and send invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner;
Verify billing data, correcting any errors before invoicing;
Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with customers or internal teams;
Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer service) to ensure accurate billing;
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices;
Other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements One or two years of work experience in a similar position;
Aviation experience and background (a plus);
Fluent in English (German or other language skills are a plus);
Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;
Flexibility, very well organized and team player.
