Role Overview
Great opportunity to work as a Machine Minder at our client's busy food manufacturing facility, with immediate starts available!
Staffline is recruiting for Machine Minders to work in Elm.
This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidates.
Pay and Shift Information
* Day Shift: £14.40 per hour
* Night shift: £16.10 per hour
* Overtime (when applicable):
o Day shift: £18.00 per hour
o Night shift: £19.70 per hour
Shift Pattern
* Day Shift: 4 on 4 off
* Night shift: 5 out of 7 nights
Shift Start and End Times
* Day Shift: 10:00 - 22:00
* Night shift: 20:00 - 04:00

Your Time at Work
As a Machine Minder, you'll play a key role in maintaining high production standards while ensuring safety and quality compliance.
Key responsibilities
* Operating machinery efficiently and safely
* Monitoring critical control points (CCPs) and ensuring compliance
* Performing changeovers and washdowns
* Identifying and correcting defective packs or production issues
* Completing production documentation clearly and accurately
* Supporting team members and training others when required

Our ideal Machine Minder will be a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can follow processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will need have a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to health, safety, and high-quality output.
The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English and have a good level of written English to complete paperwork accurately.
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
