Ph3TerraCycle Overview /h3 pTerraCycle is an international leader in sustainability solutions, operating multiple recycling, recycled materials and reuse platforms across 20 countries. /p h3Job Overview /h3 pThe Senior Manager of Business Development will lead the development of new partnerships for TerraCycle by initiating and maintaining a dialogue around TerraCycle’s offerings with facility, procurement, and sustainability stakeholders across a variety of industries and brands. This role focuses on the South East United States, targeting clients in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. /p h3Primary Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute a strategic plan and manage a healthy pipeline to achieve/surpass sales targets and expand TerraCycle’s offerings. /li liConduct prospect research and identify key decision‐makers across target industries. /li liPerform high‑volume outreach via email, phone and conferences to engage potential clients. /li liMaintain and update lead databases, ensuring accurate tracking of outreach efforts. /li liQualify inbound and outbound leads to determine potential business opportunities. /li liManage both company and client expectations. /li liResearch and evaluate potential new partners. /li liWork with new partners on pricing and finalization of contracts. /li liAssess industry business and market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities for business growth and understand the competitive landscape and differentiation of TerraCycle business. /li liWork collaboratively with the team to pitch and support where needed. /li /ul h3Desired Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. /li li5‑10+ years of experience in the waste management industry, working with universal waste streams, e‑waste or other recycling initiatives a plus. /li li7+ years of experience in a senior sales management position. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /li liHighly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. /li liExperience using CRM systems, SAP a plus. /li liStrong sales and competitive drive with outstanding selling abilities. /li liExceptional critical thinking, problem‑solving, execution and prioritization skills. /li liStrong listening and cross‑functional collaboration skills at all levels. /li liProven ability to execute complex projects and negotiations. /li liAbility to work autonomously. /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 ul liSalaried position with quarterly bonus plan. /li /ul p$80,000–$150,000 /p pTerraCycle is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity, equality and inclusion.
