Ph3Transformation Project Manager /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced bTransformation Project Manager /b to lead bGlobal Banking Payments and Cash Management IT digital transformation journey. /b The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of digitalization strategies, overseeing the execution of projects, and ensuring that our organization specifically within the Payments and Cash Management business remains competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libDevelop and Implement Digitalization Strategies: /b Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement digital transformation strategies that align with the organization's overall vision and goals. /li libProject Management: /b Lead cross-functional project teams to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Owner to planning and developing IT Delivery Roadmap for projects and to monitor the execution from end-to-end perspective. /li libStakeholder Management: /b Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, employees, customers, and vendors, to ensure that digitalization initiatives meet their needs and expectations. /li libChange Management: /b Develop and implement change management plans to ensure a smooth transition to new digital processes and systems. Optimising IT Project Delivery resource capacity as well as aligning deployment / implementation windows managed by Application Production Support team. /li libBudgets Forecasts: /b Support and assist the Domain Head and/or Programme Manager on budget matters. /li libDigital Literacy: /b Promote digital literacy across the organization, providing training and support to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively utilize digital tools and systems. /li libRisk Management: /b Identify and mitigate risks associated with digitalization initiatives, ensuring that the organization's data and systems are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements. /li libMetrics and Monitoring: /b Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digitalization initiatives and identify areas for improvement. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Technical /h3 ul liFamiliar with common cash management, payment market infrastructure, systems and products and industry standards at least in APAC /li liStrong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data analytics /li liStrong verbal and written communication skills, attention to details, strong work ethics, team spirit, and exceptional customer serving attitude.
