Overview of the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious professional to join our team as a Manager
. The ideal candidate will bring
2–3 years of experience in a M&A or management consulting boutique
, with a strong track record of analytical rigor, project execution, and client engagement. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, manage project teams, and drive key initiatives that create value for our clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
 * Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
 * Work closely with partners on business development initiatives and thought leadership projects.
 * Manage projects with a high degree of independence, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
 * Lead and execute
 M&A transactions
, from deal sourcing and due diligence to closing.
 * Support clients across the
 full deal lifecycle
, including strategic assessments, financial analysis, and negotiation support.
 * Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring deliverables are met with the highest quality and within deadlines.
 * Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
 * 2–3 years of relevant experience
 in M&A or Management Consulting boutique.
 * Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proven ability to interpret complex data.
 * Solid understanding of corporate finance principles, transaction processes, and strategy frameworks.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill insights into clear recommendations.
 * Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
 * Team player with leadership potential, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
 * Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or related field.
