Job Description
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
* Carrying out exterior work, including animal care and winter maintenance
* Preparing rooms for internal and external events
* Contributing to waste management
* Carrying out daily repair tasks
* Completing errands according to plan
* Providing 24-hour on-call support in a rotation system (availability from Bussnang within 30 minutes)
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A degree in technical maintenance or equivalent trade qualification
* Excellent social skills and a willingness to interact with older people
* Basic computer skills using Office 365
* A category B driving license
