Your Role
As
Partnership Manager
mostly for Switzerland, your day will be primarily focused on:
* Serving as a trusted relationship manager key Members mainly based in Swiss-German Cantons and engaged in Farming Programs — co-developing impactful work plans, ensuring delivery excellence and challenging them to lead meaningful change in their supply chains.
* Shaping partnerships and scaling up regenerative agriculture initiatives in Switzerland by collaborating with cross-functional teams to guide our members on their agriculture programs, covering a wide range of raw materials and key thematic areas (carbon, soil, biodiversity…).
* Co-constructing a national soil framework for Switzerland and develop a funding vehicle to support field-level projects that promote healthy soils and regenerative agriculture.
* Support development of new markets and opportunities outside Switzerland within identified commodities/themes and territories.
Working conditions

Degree in agriculture, environmental sciences, sustainability, international
* Language(s):
English, German required and French optional
* Employment:
Part-time (50-80% to be confirmed), one year contract
* Location:
Nyon, Switzerland with opportunities to travel to our field projects
* Experience:
5-10 years

Citizenship or Valid Permit required

Your Profile
You are a passionate individual with a strong background in regenerative agriculture, carbon indicator management and soil protection, eager to make a difference and have positive impact on the environment and communities. Your strong analytical skills and knowledge of the supply chain actors and mechanisms will allow you to be successful in this role.
Being a natural leader with strong presence you also naturally tackle challenges with optimism and a future oriented vision. This enables you to engage with relevant stakeholders (e.g. NGOs, industry groups, foundation, etc.) to identify opportunities and promote Earthworm work within Switzerland and possibly outside the country as well.
Being in an agile and dynamic working environment is something appealing for you. Polyvalent and very well organized you easily manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. You will contribute to a diverse and multicultural team committed to sustainability and social impact.
Your communication and presentation style make people feel at ease and you'll play a vital role in empowering others to grow and sustain our local team dynamics.
