Job Description
This student position is designed to be a full-time role during the semester break and will offer flexibility during studies with approximately 3 working days a week. This is a great opportunity for students who can commit to this role for at least 1.5 years. The start date is as soon as possible.
* Coordinating the obtaining of AML / KYC for internal and external directors and authorized signatories, and maintaining the documentation on our central database;
* Processing internal and external queries related to legal documentation, tax forms, and KYC;
* Executing various legal documents across the wider Private Markets Operations team;
* Supporting workflow optimization in fund operations;
* Providing support to the Investment Operations team on upcoming projects and within the wider Private Markets Operations team;
* Administrative support for the Private Markets Operations team;
* Liaising with various teams within and outside the Private Markets Operations team on a wide range of tasks;
* Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and complete documentation promptly;
* Managing documents by downloading from external portals and uploading to our internal document management system.
Requirements
* Currently studying business administration or law pursuing a Bachelor’s degree;
* Proficient in German and English;
* Excellent MS Office skills;
* Strong coordination and prioritization skills across multiple tasks;
* Ability to meet challenging deadlines while maintaining quality;
* Efficient, precise working style with attention to detail;
* Open and clear communication skills, with stakeholder management abilities.
