Responsibilities
Organize travel arrangements and coordinate logistics.
Prepare and monitor strategic files and documentation.
Act as an interface with Chiefs and the Board, organize meetings and follow up on actions.
Contribute to projects in a Chief of Staff capacity (coordination, reporting).
Ensure confidentiality of all information and communications.
Represent the CEO with internal teams and external partners.
Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CEO, ensuring efficient coordination of daily activities.
Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential communications.
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
Organize and coordinate executive-level events, including board meetings, leadership offsites, and client engagements.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders with professionalism and diplomacy.
Support the CEO in board and committee preparations, including minute-taking, agenda setting, and follow-ups.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications & Benefits
Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
