Responsibilities
* Define and implement the annual marketing plan with a focus on the world of golf
* Define commercial strategies to increase sales of services: membership and corporate events
* Develop partnerships with sponsor companies
* Manage internal and external communications for the club/company (newsletters, website, social media, campaigns)
* Develop digital engagement strategies
* Analyze the golf market
* Design and promote events (e.g., tournaments) in collaboration with management
* Optimize brand positioning in the local, national, and international markets
* Manage the commercial process
* Maintain relationships with corporate clients and premium members
* Monitor sales KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management
Profile
* Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication, or related disciplines
* Previous experience in sales roles (sports/golf sector)
* Knowledge of the golf sector (rules, market, etc.)
* Excellent knowledge of English MUST
* Knowledge of German and Italian is considered a plus
* Skills in digital marketing (social media, advertising, automation)
* Commercial planning skills
* Excellent data analysis and reporting tools skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
* Commercial attitude, negotiation, and partnership management
* Creativity and sensitivity to brand identity and customer experience
