Role Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual located in Switzerland to work with our engineering units in Belgium, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland as a Digital Product Owner. Our specialized teams focus on electronic and software development for hydronic circuits within heating and air-conditioning systems.
In this role, your first primary responsibility will be to actively contribute to the development of our connected hydronic range.
Key Responsibilities
1. You join the team to work on the development of the embedded web apps and mobile apps for configuration of our industrial connected devices. The objective is to bring the easiness of consumer products to professionals while ensuring a strong reliability.
2. You will be an be an integral part of the electronics and software team located in Belgium and will work closely with the mechanical R&D team located in Slovenia.
3. You translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
4. You modelize hydronic systems to run simulations of new features prior to the implementation.
5. You prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
6. You develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they are clearly understood by the development team.
7. You refine the product functional design based on an intimate knowledge of the customers, technology and hydronics. You actively work with the mechanical R&D team to ensure seamless mechatronic integration.
8. You actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals.
