Davidoff & Cie SA, based in Basel (Switzerland), is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Oettinger Davidoff Group and employs around 60 people. It operates 16 specialist tobacco stores in Switzerland and an e-commerce store, under the brands “Davidoff of Geneva since 1911” and “Zigarren Dürr”. The stores are located in Basel, Bern, Geneva, Glattbrugg, Lucerne, Pfäffikon, Schaffhausen, St. Moritz, Winterthur, Würenlos, Zug, and Zurich. The company stocks premium cigar brands such as Davidoff, AVO, Camacho, Cusano, Griffin's, Zino, and various other cigars from around the world, along with tobacco products, accessories like S.T. Dupont, and spirits.

Shop Assistant (m/f/x) 50% or 100% / shop: Zug
Responsibilities
* Provide active and friendly advice to customers and conduct competent sales talks
* Operate the cash register professionally, including preparing cash register closing and cash accounting
* Check incoming goods, issue invoices and credit notes via the checkout system
* Decorate windows, display cases, and sales areas attractively; maintain furnishings and technical equipment (e.g., humidor); ensure store cleanliness
* Handle repairs and complaints as per guidelines, pack gifts, fill lighters, change matches, and assist with inventory management
Qualifications and Experience
* Completed education in retail trade with several years of sales experience
* High motivation, reliability, and flexibility
* Communicative, service-oriented manner, able to work successfully with diverse target groups
* Proficient in German and English (fluent/spoken); additional languages are a plus
* Friendly, team-oriented, proactive personality with a well-groomed appearance
