Marketing Professional Wanted
We are seeking an innovative and analytical marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving inquiries, applications, and enrolments across our bachelor and master programs.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing strategic marketing plans aligned to academic calendars (open days, application deadlines, intake periods). They will also have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
* Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Forecast, allocate, and manage budgets across channels; track cost-per-application and cost-per-enrollee.
* Plan campaigns, audiences, placements; ensure spending stays within budget.
Responsibilities
The role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP). The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the CRM up to date, building and optimising automated student-journey workflows, and ensuring timely and tailored communication with leads.
* Maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system up to date; HubSpot/CRM management, build and optimise automated student-journey workflows.
* Lead-scoring and segmentation for targeted nurture sequences.

Campaign Development and Execution
The successful candidate will develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital advertising, email, SEO, content, social media, and events. They will also oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing, content, and communication strategies.
* Develop online and drip campaigns; build tailored emails and follow-up workflows for prospects.
* Hands-on management of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting—and manage paid-media campaigns tracking ROI and optimizing spend.
* Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing, content, and communication strategies.
Content Creation and Production
The candidate will own multimedia content strategy, including videos, infographics, webinars, whitepapers, blog posts, newsletters, and social media content. They will also produce and/or commission copy, maintain brand guidelines, and quality control all internal and external marketing materials.

Events and Partnerships

They will also reach out to and manage relationships with educational agents, school counsellors, local community, and authorities, and other strategic partners in key markets.
