PbJOB PURPOSE /b /ppThis temporary position is offered for a period ofb 12 months /b to support the HR team based in Bienne during a maternity leave replacement. /ppThe HR Business Partner will play a key role in ensuring continuity of HR services and providing operational and advisory support across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with managers, employees, and key stakeholders, the role will contribute to the effective delivery of HR processes, employee relations, talent initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations across the organization. /ppbJOB RESPONSABILITIES / ROLES /b /ppbHR Business Partnering /b /plipCoordinate and manage performance management processes, ensuring timely execution and follow-up with managers and employees. /p /lilipPartner with managers throughout the recruitment process, from workforce planning to candidate selection and onboarding. /p /lilipSupport absence management processes, including documentation, tracking, and coordination. /p /lilipProvide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee-related matters. /p /lilipSupport employee relations matters and participate in investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution activities under appropriate guidance when required. /p /lipbHR Operations Administration /b /plipServe as point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to the Workday HR system and associated processes. /p /lilipCoordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities to ensure a positive employee experience. /p /lilipPrepare, review, and maintain employment contracts, amendments, and employee documentation. /p /lilipLiaise with payroll, finance, and shared services teams to ensure accurate and timely HR administration. /p /lilipEnsure HR records, employee files, and data are maintained accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. /p /lilipPrepare HR reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business and HR decision-making. /p /lipbProjects Continuous Improvement /b /plipSupport the implementation of regional and global HR initiatives and programs. /p /lilipIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to operational excellence initiatives. /p /lilipParticipate in organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement projects. /p /lilipCollaborate with international HR teams on cross-functional and global HR projects. /p /lilipMonitor HR action plans, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure successful execution. /p /lipbREQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS /b /plipMaster's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field /p /lilip3–5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar HR role. /p /lilipSolid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. /p /lilipExperience working with HRIS systems (Workday experience is a strong advantage). /p /lilipStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. /p /lilipAbility to build effective relationships with managers and employees. /p /lilipFluent in French and English (mandatory). /p /lilipGerman and/or Spanish is a strong plus, given the regional scope and coordination needs. /p /lilipSwiss Federal Certificate in Human Resources (Brevet Fédéral RH) is an asset. /p /lipThis profile will ensure a solid understanding of HR processes and employee-related topics, while remaining well positioned for a support and coordination role within the HRBP function. /ppbWHAT WE OFFER /b /plipA dynamic, respectful, and international environment /p /lilipA supportive and positive team /p /lilipFlexible working hours /p /lilipHybrid working (2 days home office per week) /p /lilipHealth insurance contribution /p /lilipCentral location, close to the train station /p /lipIf this position motivates you and your skill set matches this job description, then we would like to hear from you! /ppbMGI Luxury Group Sàrl /b /ppFor more information about our company, visit us on /p
