In the context of a 9-month leave, the Human Resources Department is seeking, from June 1 to February 28: HR Specialist (M/F) Fixed-term employment rate from [start date] to [end date] You are the HR reference person for several medical-social centers (CMS) and support the head of the HR Department in their role. Mission: Implement the human resources management policy from the Directorate and support CMS leaders in managing and developing their team: onboarding and change support, and conflict resolution, management of work, performance, and behavior, intervention during workshops on various HR topics, and regular site visits. Manage recruitment and advise managers in the management of the process, including defining needs in terms of responsibilities, conducting interviews, assessing personality profiles, and reference checks. Monitor long-term absence situations, actively participate in meetings with CMS, coordinate measures to facilitate return to work in close collaboration with the Occupational Health Nurse and HR Lawyer, participate in networking interviews and manage aspects related to HR, providing active listening, guidance, and information to all employees on all aspects related to human resource management, notably regarding regulatory, contractual aspects and professional development and continuing education opportunities, as well as workplace environment.Participate in the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and management tools. Actively contribute to HR activities.
