HR Business Partner Role
The role of HR Business Partner involves driving the implementation of HR priorities in alignment with our organization's people strategy. This includes overseeing and executing HR processes within a specific area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with global and local standards, and fostering a collaborative partnership between employees, HR, and managers.

* You will be responsible for utilizing existing HR solution portfolios or introducing new solutions where necessary.
* Your primary objective is to oversee the implementation of HR processes within your designated area of responsibility, providing on-site support, follow-up, and advice as needed.
* In this role, you will execute all HR processes within your area, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, talent management, remuneration, and other relevant processes.
* Ensuring the proper application of collective agreements is crucial, and you will inform managers, employees, or unions about their rights and obligations.
* Representing HR in the workplace is also an essential aspect of this role, fostering partnerships between employees, HR, and managers.
* You will implement and ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations or project execution.
* Finally, you will establish and drive internal and external networks with the HR community to facilitate best practice sharing and benchmarking.
About You
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required; a Master's degree is considered an advantage.
* No less than 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management is necessary.
* Experience in an HR department within a production company is preferred.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a complex matrix organization and international environment.
* You must possess strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills, combined with the ability to coach and advise various stakeholders.
* Fluency in Italian and English is required; proficiency in German is considered an advantage.
* A solid understanding of performance management, training and development, and employee Labor relations is crucial.
