Corporate IT - Specialist
Job description :
* IT technician : help other technicians (mainly from other site or more technical project).
* Implement the offshoring of as many processes as possible related to rollouts (onboarding, offboarding, renewals) and establish the corresponding control systems.
* Working on a major project related to our inventory and its incompatibility with Oracle. Be the lead technician on this project.
* Process management for the implementation of the new service desk (GLPI).
* Remain the primary point of contact for issues at offshore sites without local support (Paris, London, and Miami).
* Participation in various projects throughout the year based on the department's needs.
