Purpose
The applicant is expected to demonstrate thehighest standards of flying proficiency, safety, and situational awareness. This includes the consistent application of:
* Crew Resource Management (CRM)
* Threat and Error Management (TEM)
* Strongairmanship and decision-making
* Effectiveteamwork in daily operations
The pilot must actively pursuecontinuous learning and professional development, operate strictly in accordance withHaute Aviation’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and deliverexceptional customer service while maintaining absolute discretion.
Key Responsibilities
The crew member shall take all reasonable steps to:
* Remaincurrent with all applicable regulations, standards, and recognised aviation best practices
* Ensurestrict adherence to all operational procedures and checklistsas defined in the Operations Manual
* Maintain thehighest level of professionalism and safety awareness in all flight operations
* Provide requested documentation in a timely manner when required by the Authority. All documentation shall be submitted viaNP Flight Operations, who will forward it to the relevant Authority
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
* EASA ATPL
* Minimum 4,000 hours total flight time
* Minimum 1,500 hours PIC on type or similar aircraft
* Minimum 1,000 hours on Global or comparable long-range aircraft
* Valid Global type rating preferred
* Fluent English (spoken and written); German is an advantage
* Strong VFR flying experience
* Swiss or EU passport holder
* Strong understanding ofbusiness aviation operations
* Solidadministrative capabilities, including operational planning, documentation, and compliance tracking
* High level ofcustomer service and communication skills
* Team-oriented mindsetwith a professional appearance
Preferred
* TRI/TRE authorisation is an advantage
* Previous experience within abusiness jet operator or owner-operated environment
Additional Information
* Roster:17 days on / 13 days off
* Start Date:1 June 2026 or by mutual agreement
* Afull pre-employment assessmentis required under currentEASA regulations
