1. Support Group Customer Services team in various projects aimed at enhancing Richemont client experience. This includes: Supporting the continuous improvement of our repair platforms, with a focus on lean principles, visual management, and optimized repair processes Participating in the digitalization of our activities to improve efficiency and client experience Supporting the improvement of both internal and external repair networks Helping leverage new technologies to drive further efficiency
2. Actively manage stakeholder relationships across Richemont Maisons and RCS Regions, under the guidance of Senior Project Managers, ensuring alignment with the global client service strategy
3. Adopt a customer-centric mindset for Richemont to turn customer service into a competitive advantage
4. Provide data analysis and insights to support project decision-making and drive effective project implementation
5. Develop a strong understanding of the luxury industry and the evolving landscape of customer service, with a focus on Richemont's multi-branded environment
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
6. Master’s degree in engineering, with 1 or 2 years of relevant professional experience
7. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in French is an advantage
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
9. Proactive and dynamic, you take initiative and enjoy business and technical challenges
10. Comfortable at collaborating effectively in a multicultural and matrix environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders across different teams and regions
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
12. Willingness to travel internationally as required
