We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in software development and a strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that enhance our financial systems and processes. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP Finance functionalities and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to SAP Finance. Design, develop, and implement software solutions that integrate with SAP Finance modules. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience. Document technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals for developed solutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to SAP Finance and software development. Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of projects. Mandatory Skills: Strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance (FI) modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting. Proven experience in software development using programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Expertise in database management systems, particularly SQL Server or Oracle. Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with other enterprise systems. Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms, such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of financial reporting tools and business intelligence solutions. Experience in leading software development projects and teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. 15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on SAP Finance solutions. Relevant certifications in SAP Finance or software development methodologies are a plus.
