Job Description
* Drive implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain due diligence and sustainability compliance across EMEA
* Monitor and ensure procurement compliance with sustainability regulations, standards, and EU requirements
* Assess, track, validate, and report supplier ESG performance data
* Maintain and improve sustainability group data, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools
* Coordinate communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders on sustainability topics for EMEA
* Support supplier engagement, corrective actions, and data collection activities
* Contribute to carbon data collection, Scope 3 emissions, and Product Carbon Footprint initiatives for EMEA
* Identify opportunities for low-carbon materials and responsible sourcing
* Participate in sustainability initiatives (e.g., Together for Sustainability), continuous improvement initiatives)
* Act as a key interface between procurement, suppliers, and internal teams
Qualifications
* Bachelor in Sustainability/Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management or similar
* Experience in Sustainability, ESG, or Supply Chain Management
* Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
* Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
* Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Excel
* Experience with sustainability data, reporting, and dashboards
* Self-driven, structured, and proactive working style
* Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
* Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions
* Familiarity with GHG accounting, Scope 3, or supplier sustainability is a plus
