Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our entry into the Latin American market. This individual will be responsible for market research, sales strategy development, partner acquisition, and overall marketing execution in the region. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fintech, crypto, or payment solutions, coupled with a deep understanding of the Latin American business landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Tangem in Latin America.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations.
Establish and manage relationships with key partners, including distributors, retailers, crypto and fintech companies.
Drive sales growth by identifying potential customers and developing strategic sales initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to localize branding, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and customer support in the region.
Represent Tangem at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor performance metrics, sales targets, and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the fintech or blockchain industry.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling a business or product in Latin America.
Excellent understanding of local business practices, regulations, and market dynamics.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is essential.
