In the context of a replacement for maternity leave, we are looking for an editorial project manager capable of ensuring editorial quality and managing daily production, in close connection with authors, experts, and the internal team.Editorial Project ManagerJob details: Fixed-term contract for 7 months, starting in March (possibility of permanent contract thereafter) 100%, based in Lausanne, remote work on Tuesday & Friday.Key role: Editorial quality production oversight.Main missions:- Manage projects from A to Z: from order to printed version, ensuring consistency, reliability, and pleasure in writing and editing articles (structure, clarity, rhythm, titles, leads), with a high level of editorial and scientific rigor.- Ensure the editorial consistency of each project assigned to you.- Coordinate authors, experts, freelancers, and internal team members (briefs, follow-ups, feedback management).- Manage schedules and follow-up (graphic/design), timeline adherence, and budget compliance.- Participate in writing various content: briefs, newsletters, web messages, ebooks, special issues.- Distribution (in collaboration with the marketing team): crafting headlines/titles, distributing content across channels, continuously tracking performance without compromising editorial quality.- Be proactive in suggesting topics, angles, and ideas to develop.Desired profile:- 2 years in writing/publishing/editorial/journalism/agency/editorial.- Excellent command of written French (C2 level or equivalent, impeccable spelling).- Ability to structure, clarify, verify, and maintain rigorous follow-up (deadlines/quality).- Comfortable in a digital environment (Google Workspace/Notion/Slack…).- Attention to detail, responsiveness, autonomy, reliability, team spirit.What will make the difference:- You enjoy improving a text (not just correcting it).- You are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and maintaining a high editorial standard under deadlines.
