For our branch in Chiasso we are looking for a cashier that will be the first point contact for our client.
Main Responsibilities
* Handling cash transactions for Private Banking clients, in particular withdrawals, deposits, foreign currency transactions, metal transactions, etc;
* Welcoming customers and providing high quality service;
* Handle sensitive information confidentially, complying with all internal regulations;
* Manage access and safe deposit box;
* Managing administrative activities on safe deposit boxes, including daily and periodic checks, archiving, statistics, etc;
* Handling administrative tasks relating to cash transactions, including accounting, archiving, daily and periodic checks, statistics, etc;
* Various administrative and organisational tasks
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Cashier in a Bank
* Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and proficiency using IT tools
* Be client oriented able to empathise and willing to listen to customers;
* Knowledge of English and Swiss national languages;
* Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask able to prioritise requests from different stakeholders;
* Accuracy, precision and confidentiality;
* Strong attention to details;
* Ability to work independently, in direct contact with customers.
