Product Manager Business Aviation (a)
Responsibilities
* Work with cross-functional teams including suppliers to design, certify and bring to the market aircraft enhancements and options for the PC-12 & PC-24
* Identify product opportunities and recommend projects, develop business cases and support investment decisions
* Manage baseline aircraft and options definition, and oversee pricing strategy with margin optimization
* Initiate and manage scope of requirements (SOR), and coordinate configuration and equipment list content
* Lead market analysis and competitive benchmarking to define and maintain product strategy and roadmaps
* Coordinate engineering inputs and project budgets, as well as collecting inputs and ideas supporting innovation and preliminary project investigations (PPI)
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Aviation
* Minimum 8 years of experience in aircraft product development
* Good understanding of the Business Aviation market
* Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
* Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills
