Social Media Manager (H/F)

We are seeking an exceptional and highly motivated to join our dynamic HQ Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of high & innovative horology, shaping the digital footprint of an iconic brand within a challenging, fast-paced, and incredibly rewarding environment. We will be:

* Based in Nyon, Switzerland (HQ)
* Part of the HQ Marketing Department

At the core of our digital storytelling, you will collaborate with content, media, PR, and events teams to amplify Hublot's presence across all Social Media platforms. Your role involves orchestrating engaging content, fostering vibrant communities, and driving strategic insights that elevate our brand's global appeal. Success demands creative flair, strategic thinking, operational capabilities and meticulous execution in luxury marketing.


Key Responsibilities - Your Impact:

* Strategic Content Orchestration: Proactively anticipate, plan, and manage the end‑to‑end social media editorial calendar, ensuring timely and impactful content publication across all platforms.
* Creative Content Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external creative partners (HQ Teams, agencies, photographers, videographers, copywriters, local markets) to conceptualize and produce compelling, high‑quality, and on‑brand content specifically tailored for social media.
* Content Creation: Independently conceptualize, shoot, and produce engaging video and snackable content for social media, ensuring all assets are tailored to each platform and audience.
* Digital Asset Management: Ensure seamless internal distribution and accessibility of all social media assets through our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
* Performance Analytics & Optimization: Conduct in‑depth analysis of social media performance, generate insightful reports, and provide data‑driven recommendations to continuously optimize our strategy and engagement.
* Community Management, Engagement & Listening: Actively manage and nurture our diverse online communities, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy. Conduct continuous social listening to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
* Live Event Coverage & Storytelling: Lead real‑time content creation and dissemination during major brand events, product launches, and partnerships, capturing the excitement and energy of Hublot's world.

We are searching for an ambitious individual with a proven track record in social media management, a deep understanding of luxury branding, and an unwavering passion for digital innovation.

* Educated. Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
* Experienced. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in social media management, ideally within a luxury brand (client-side), sport business, or a leading digital agency specializing in luxury.
* English Speaker. Perfectly bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
* Digital Savvy. A genuine and profound interest in social media platforms, emerging technologies, and an active pulse on the latest digital trends and best practices.
* Technical. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro is required. Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite tools and social media management platforms is a strong advantage.
* Content Production Proficient. Ability to independently shoot, produce, and edit high‑quality content for social media, demonstrating a strong sense of visual storytelling and ensuring all content aligns with the Brand.
* Agile and Resilient. Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
* Organized. Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to planning and execution.
* Interpersonal & Communication Prowess. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and build strong relationships across departments and with external partners.
* Entrepreneurial Spirit. A self‑starter who is results‑oriented, highly collaborative, and brimming with innovative ideas.
