The role sits within a team responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring the smooth execution of conferences and assemblies. /p h3Conference Assistant (until end of July) /h3 pOur client is an international organisation. /p h3Missions /h3 ul liSupport the preparation and setup of conference rooms and meeting spaces /li liProvide on-site and virtual logistical support to internal and external stakeholders /li liMonitor meetings and coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery /li liAssist in the management of virtual conferencing platforms (e.g. setup, participant support, troubleshooting) /li liContribute to process improvements and digital initiatives related to conference services /li liPerform additional event-related duties as required /li /ul h3Profil du candidat /h3 ul liExperience in organizing and supporting international conferences or events /li liFamiliarity with audiovisual systems and videoconferencing tools (e.g. Zoom or similar platforms) /li liAbility to troubleshoot technical issues and support users effectively /li liStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /li liHigh level of professionalism, flexibility, and customer service orientation /li liFluent in English; additional languages are an asset /li /ul h3Conditions et Avantages /h3 pFull time role for 1 month. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
