As anActimize Solution Engineer, you will work at the interface between the compliance team and IT.
Your Responsibilities
* Elicit, capture, and analyze business and technical requirements, then translate them into robust solution concepts and effective implementation strategies.
* Implement, upgrade, and enhance NICE Actimize solutions, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
* Deliver high-performance, reliable solutions that meet industry standards for security, quality, and performance.
* Be involved throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support.
* Share your expertise within an agile team environment, and help standardize IT systems across our globally active business units.
Your profile
* Higher education in computer science, business informatics, business administration and several years of professional experience.
* Minimum of 3 years' hands‑on experience with NICE Actimize, including development, implementation, system upgrades, and component customization.
* Strong skills in requirements analysis, process consulting, and solution design.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team in an agile environment.
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
