With a true entrepreneurial mindset, you will actively shape the success and growth of agap2 Switzerland’s Life Science division. You will manage your own profit center, develop new customer relationships, and be responsible for recruiting new employees and managing your team of consultants.
Tasks
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Management of the entire business lifecycle
* Clients sourcing
* Sales strategy definition
* Conducting business meetings with key decision-makers in the industry
1. Management of the talent acquisition process
* Candidate sourcing
* Recruitment strategy development
* Conducting first and second interviews with engineering or PhD candidates
2. Candidate closing and contract signing
* Securing candidate commitments
* Signing full-time contracts
3. Management of a team of consultants
* Business unit management
Requirements
* Native German speaker with proficiency in Swiss German
* MSc in Management, Economics, Business Administration, or an engineering degree with a strong interest in Business Development
* 6 months to 3 years of professional experience, including internships and apprenticeships
* Strong interest in Business Development, Entrepreneurship, and Engineering
* Excellent communication skills and high energy levels
* EU or Swiss nationality, or valid Swiss work permit
