Industrial Engineer 100% CDI (M/F/X)
Responsibilities
* Analyze, plan, and optimize production and business processes to increase efficiency and quality
* Lead investment, industrialization, and optimization projects from conception to completion
* Implement Lean Management and Continuous Improvement (CIP) initiatives
* Manage layout planning, material flow, and production route analyses
* Calculate production costs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Collaborate closely with production, quality, logistics, and procurement departments
* Drive communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams
Profile
* University degree in mechanical, industrial, or production engineering (or equivalent)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment (automation, mechanics, assembly, etc.)
* Proven experience in project management, ideally in optimization or investment projects
* Strong analytical mindset with solid skills in production controlling and cost calculation
* Independent, proactive, and collaborative, with strong communication and influencing skills
* Proficient in German and English (French is an advantage); willingness to travel about 15%
