Responsibilities
You will manage and maintain UC4 / Broadcom Automic batch automation platforms
You will administer MFT platforms and secure transfer protocols including SFTP and HTTPS
You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise batch processing and transfer performance
You will manage automation and MFTrelated IT projects from planning to delivery
You will coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
You will maintain security, encryption, and compliance controls aligned with PCI DSS and FINMA
Required Skills
You MUST have an EU/UK passport
You MUST speak fluent (C1+) Italian and English
You have experience with UC4 / Broadcom Automic or other enterprise scheduling tools
You have strong Linux and Windows administration knowledge
You have knowledge of PGP, SSH, digital certificates, and secure file transfer technologies
You have experience with automation tools such as Jenkins or Ansible, and managing IT projects
Desired Skills
You speak German
You have experience working in regulated or enterprise environments
You have experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
You have strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
